We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Revolut Pay and wire transfers. Orders are shipped when payment has been confirmed.
Shipping & Handling
In-stock items are normally dispatched within 72 hours after confirmed payment. Backordered items may take up to an additional two weeks to ship out due to manufacturing lead time.

Please note that all delivery times are estimates and may be subject to change due to conditions outside our control. For high value orders, we recommend selecting a trackable shipping method. Insurance is available on request. DCSBIOSKit is not liable for any damages or losses that may occur during shipping. Responsibility for the product transfers to the customer once the item has been dispatched.
Please be advised that your order may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees as determined by the destination country. These additional charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. It is advised for buyers to consult with their local customs office to determine any applicable fees before making a purchase.
For shipments to the USA and some other countries with Aramex, a copy of your ID must be provided at the time of shipping for Aramex to accept the parcel.
Backordering
Items which are not in stock and need to be backordered are not eligible for cancelation or refunds.
Returns & Exchanges
Orders that have not yet been sent may be canceled free of charge. Backordered items are manufactured on your request, and cannot be canceled once your order is placed.
Any returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in original, unopened condition to be eligible for return or exchange. A restocking fee of 15% may apply in certain circumstances. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Buyer pays the return-shipping fee unless the product(s) are defective.
Warranty & Support
Products purchased from DCSBIOSKit come with a 12-month warranty on parts & manufacturing. Technical support is available via email or our website. Please refer to the product’s individual warranty statement for any specific or additional terms and conditions.

Dispute Resolution
Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be resolved through negotiation. If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute, it shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.

All content on DCSBIOSKit, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of DCSBIOSKit or its suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
