Payment Terms
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Revolut Pay and wire transfers. Orders are shipped when payment has been confirmed.
Shipping & Handling
In-stock items are normally dispatched within 72 hours after confirmed payment. Backordered items may take up to an additional two weeks to ship out due to manufacturing lead time.

Please note that all delivery times are estimates and may be subject to change due to conditions outside our control. For high value orders, we recommend selecting a trackable shipping method. Insurance is available on request. DCSBIOSKit is not liable for any damages or losses that may occur during shipping. Responsibility for the product transfers to the customer once the item has been dispatched.
Your order may be subject to customs duties, taxes and fees determined by the destination country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
For shipments to the USA and some other countries with Aramex, a copy of the receiver’s ID must be provided for Aramex to accept the parcel.
Backordering
Items which are not in stock and need to be backordered are not eligible for cancelation or refunds.
Voluntary Returns & Exchanges
Orders that have not yet been sent may be canceled free of charge. Backordered items are manufactured on your request, and cannot be canceled once your order is placed.
This section applies to change-of-mind returns, not warranty claims. Contact us within 30 days after receipt and obtain return authorization before sending anything. The item must be unused, complete and in its original, resalable condition and packaging. The buyer pays return shipping and remains responsible for the parcel until it is delivered to us. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Where permitted by law, we may deduct up to 15% for diminished value, missing parts or packaging, or handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the item. We may refuse a voluntary return that is damaged, altered, incomplete or sent without authorization. These conditions do not limit any mandatory cancellation, withdrawal or defect rights.
DCSBIOSKit 12-Month Limited Warranty
Warrantor: DCSBIOSKit, owned by Appulize, Al Kindi St., Zone 23, Street 930, Building 42, 32470 Doha, Qatar. Warranty support is available at [email protected] or through our contact page.
Coverage: This limited warranty lasts for 12 months from the date the product is delivered to the original purchaser. It covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and a material failure to conform to the product specifications published at the time of purchase. Any product-specific warranty supplied at purchase may provide additional coverage.
What is not covered: This limited warranty does not cover a problem caused by misuse, abuse, accident, liquid, impact, excessive voltage, incorrect wiring or installation, failure to follow instructions, unauthorized alteration or repair, normal wear, or use with hardware, software, power supplies or configurations not stated to be compatible. Opening or inspecting a product does not by itself void the warranty, but damage caused by alteration, repair or inspection is not covered. Compatibility with third-party products is covered only when expressly stated in the product specifications.
How to obtain service: Contact us first with the order number and a clear description of the problem. We may request reasonable troubleshooting information such as photographs, logs, measurements or video. If physical inspection is needed, we will issue a return merchandise authorization (RMA) and provide the return address. Do not send a product without an RMA.
The customer sends the product prepaid using a reasonable tracked economy service and must obtain approval before using express or unusually expensive shipping. If inspection confirms a covered defect, DCSBIOSKit will reimburse the reasonable authorized return-shipping cost and will pay the cost of sending the repaired or replacement product back to the customer. If no covered defect is found, or if the problem was caused by an excluded condition, the customer remains responsible for shipping in both directions. Cash-on-delivery returns and advance or cross-shipped replacements are not required.
Remedy: After receiving and inspecting the product, DCSBIOSKit will, within a reasonable time and at its option, repair the product, replace it with the same or an equivalent product, provide an appropriate firmware or software correction, or refund the product price. Any refund, including delivery charges, will be made to the extent required by applicable law. A replacement product or repaired product remains covered for the longer of the remainder of the original warranty period or 90 days.
Limitations: To the extent permitted by law, implied warranties are limited to the 12-month duration of this limited warranty. DCSBIOSKit is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, loss of use, loss of data or profits, or damage to other equipment arising from use of the product. Some states or countries do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you. These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state or country to country. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
Privacy
We use personal information to process orders, provide support, operate the website, prevent fraud, protect our legal rights and comply with law. We may share information with payment, hosting, communications, shipping and professional service providers where reasonably necessary for those purposes, subject to applicable privacy law.
Disputes & Governing Law
Please contact us first so that we can try to resolve any dispute directly. These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections that apply in the consumer’s country or state of residence. The courts of Sweden have non-exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
Intellectual Property
All content on DCSBIOSKit, including text, graphics, logos, images and software, is the property of DCSBIOSKit or its suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Acceptance & Changes
By placing an order with DCSBIOSKit, you agree to the version of these terms presented at checkout. We may update these terms for future orders. Changes do not apply retroactively to an order already placed unless both parties agree or the change is required by law. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
